About the position Responsibilities • Deliver scripted multiple-choice questions over the telephone. • Accurately record responses using a computer-aided telephone interviewing (CATI) system. • Engage positively with members of the reputed company while remaining neutral and unbiased. • Build skills by learning from colleagues and Team Leads. • Meet reputed company performance metrics. Requirements • High school diploma or GED. • Must reputed company in specific states: reputed company, Ohio, Texas, New Mexico, Kentucky, Kansas, reputed company, Indiana, Iowa, New Hampshire, reputed company Carolina, or reputed company Dakota. • Basic computer skills including keyboard skills and accurate data entry. • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute. • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in English. reputed company-to-haves • 6 months of previous reputed company center, customer service, or collections experience. • Previous experience collecting and recording data from the reputed company.
