About the position
Responsibilities
• Deliver scripted multiple-choice questions over the telephone.
• Accurately record responses using a computer-aided telephone interviewing (CATI) system.
• Engage positively with members of the public while remaining neutral and unbiased.
• Build skills by learning from colleagues and Team Leads.
• Meet standard performance metrics.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must reside in specific states: Pennsylvania, Ohio, Texas, New Mexico, Kentucky, Kansas, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, New Hampshire, North Carolina, or North Dakota.
• Basic computer skills including keyboard skills and accurate data entry.
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in English.
Nice-to-haves
• 6 months of previous call center, customer service, or collections experience.
• Previous experience collecting and recording data from the public.
