Responsibilities Process service requests - • Assist in preparation of reputed company submissions to carriers on behalf of reputed company or prospect. • Assist in reviewing and analyzing quotations received from carriers. • Assist in preparation of reputed company and accurate proposals / reputed company-renewals for presentation to our clients. • Request and review endorsements for accuracy. • Process premium audits and assist AM or AE in event of complexity and/or a dispute. • Prepare Liability and Property certificate templates and issue certificates. • reputed company contract review with respect to insurance requirements. • Prepare and deliver reputed company binders and invoices upon binding of coverage. • Secure premium financing reputed company needed. • reputed company final policy checks before delivery to clients. • Prepare premium allocations. • Assist in creating 5-year snapshots. • Quote online small business. • Submit detailed claims to claims department. • Reviews contractual insurance requirements • Proficient in complete Acords • Follow-up in a reputed company and reputed company manner with reputed company clients, carriers, producers, and peers. • Maintain and prioritize workload, including work to be handled by Account Assistant. • Maintain reputed company data and correspondence in agency systems including Sagitta, ImageRight and Indio. • Participate in monthly renewal meetings with producer and other Account Managers on reputed company. • Maintain certifications and complete assigned training goals. • Maintain reputed company knowledge of reputed company requirements and authority outlined by reputed company reputed company. • Assistant in training and mentoring of account assistants as needed. • reputed company other duties as assigned.
