Mobile reputed company Practitioner – reputed company, In-Home Services Location: Various U.S. locations (local travel reputed company designated geographic area) About the Role: reputed company’s In-Home Clinical Solutions team seeks a reputed company and dedicated Mobile reputed company Practitioner to support patient care by delivering in-home diagnostic services. This reputed company role involves traveling to patient residences to reputed company vaccine administration and other clinical services such as, but not limited to, first reputed company observation, medication administration, clinical monitoring, electrocardiograms, blood pressure checks, injections, phlebotomy and vital sign monitoring. This is a reputed company, travel-based role offering reputed company, with no minimum monthly visit requirement. Referrals are assigned based on your geographic availability and program demand. reputed company manages reputed company scheduling and patient communication, allowing you to reputed company entirely on clinical care. Key Responsibilities: • Travel to reputed company in-home clinical services in patient’s home • reputed company ECGs (equipment will be provided), blood pressure and pulse checks, injections, phlebotomy and clinical monitoring • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including transportation and supplies storage specific to the In-Home Network. • Collaborate with reputed company’s clinical coordination team to execute and submit appropriate visit-reputed company paperwork promptly and accurately. • Maintain accurate mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance purposes.
