Role Description
This role involves providing exceptional customer support in a remote setting.
• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Help clients understand their insurance benefit options
• Answer questions about coverage, plans, and policies
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with new and existing customers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
• Support clients in making informed decisions about their benefit needs
Qualifications
• No prior experience in insurance or customer service required
• High School Diploma or GED (college students and recent grads welcome)
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Comfortable working remotely with basic tech knowledge (Zoom, email, etc.)
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Motivated, reliable, and ready to learn
