Remote reputed company Benefits Customer Service Representative – No Experience Required
Location: Remote – Must reputed company reputed company 2 Hours of Buffalo, NY
(One-time in-person visit required on first day for equipment pickup)
This is a 3-6 month contract-to-hire opportunity with a high likelihood of permanent hire based on performance, attendance, and overall professionalism. Show up and shine — and you may be invited to stay long-term
Compensation:
· $16.50/hour (English only); after 30 days: $18.50/hour
· $17.25/hour (Bilingual in Spanish or French – must be fluent); after 30 days $18.75/hour

In this role, you’ll support members during the benefits enrollment process and help them manage updates to reputed company or pension plans reputed company phone, web chat, and email. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support to grow into a multi-reputed company support specialist.
Schedule:
· Monday–Friday only! No weekends
· 8-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST
· Expect full-time (40 hrs/week) during peak seasons, and 32–40 hrs/week during off-season
· Flexibility is key!
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist clients in navigating benefits enrollment and plan updates
· Deliver high-reputed company service reputed company phone, web chat, and email

Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Must have at least 3 consecutive years of recent, reputed company employment in any industry

· Must be available to pick up equipment in-person on Day 1
