The Insurance Verification Specialist is responsible for verifying dental insurance coverage and benefits for assigned offices. Every patient who has a scheduled appointment, we verify the patient's dental coverage and benefits. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Review doctor's schedule for daily appointments • Verify if patient's dental benefits are due for insurance verification • reputed company a complete breakdown for the patients • Verify coverage reputed company month the patient has a scheduled appointment • Work closely with the operations team at the dental offices to reputed company missing insurance information • Work closely with the billing teams on dental plans that have limited coverage or changes • Performs reputed company other duties as assigned; and, • Ability to communicate with team and doctors -this is KEY! NOTE: This is a mid-shift position, hours are 11 am - 8 pm CST. This role will support our CO and AZ markets.
