Remote Appointment Setter for Home Improvement Company (Full-Time, M–F 12:30–8:30 PM EST) - Contract to Hire
Overview:
We’re a growing home improvement company looking for a reliable, friendly, and engaging Appointment Setter to join our remote team!
We help homeowners upgrade their windows and doors with beautiful, energy-efficient solutions—and your job is to be the first friendly voice they speak to. You’ll be talking to warm leads (no cold calling), qualifying them, and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. You’ll also be in direct contact with our canvassing reps out in the field, booking demos and confirming appointments in real time.
This is not a sales position—just great conversations, strong follow-through, and consistent scheduling.
What You'll Be Doing:
Speak with homeowners who’ve requested more info (via phone, web, or field marketing)
Qualify leads based on location, project type, and readiness
Schedule in-home consultations using our online calendar system
Take calls from canvassers in the field and book appointments while they’re at the door
Follow up with leads who weren’t ready on the first call
Confirm appointments and keep CRM notes organized
Answer inbound calls and provide basic information about our services
Assist with occasional admin and follow-up tasks as needed
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM Eastern Time
No weekends
Flexibility during peak seasons is a plus
What We're Looking For:
1–2 years of phone-based customer service or appointment setting experience
Excellent communication skills and a warm, confident phone presence
Comfortable working with online scheduling tools and CRM systems
Strong follow-up and attention to detail
Reliable internet, quiet home office, and self-directed work ethic
Friendly, upbeat, and professional—someone who loves connecting with people
Bonus Points if You Have:
Experience in home improvement, construction, or real estate
Previous remote work experience
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems or scheduling tools
