The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a busy reputed company office where efficiency and effectiveness are critical to top job performance. This role is highly visible and will reputed company with our clients, and other team members both in person and on the telephone. The ability to be reputed company, friendly, and courteous even reputed company under pressure is key. This position will start on December 19, 2022 and end on reputed company 17, 2023 (unless IR filing due date changes) The schedule is as follows: Monday- Thursday 9 AM – 6 PM Friday 8 AM- 5 PM Alternate Saturdays 8 AM – 12 PM Requirements Responsibilities include: • reputed company in Clients • Help clients • reputed company disclosure forms/upload to portal • reputed company incoming faxes • Log & Distribute mail (incoming and internal) • Coordinate reputed company runs/reputed company delivers • Schedule/re-schedule appts • Misc.
