Job Description: Account ManagerJob Title: Account Manager Reports To: Head Of Sales Department: Sales Department Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary The Account Manager is responsible for managing retail accounts, monitoring their success, and ensuring effective inventory management and sell-through of products. This role focuses on creating and implementing sales strategies to grow revenue while analyzing field support metrics to optimize growth strategies. The Account Manager plays a critical role in fostering strong partnerships with retail accounts and driving the company’s success. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage Retail Accounts: • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners. • Act as the primary point of contact for account-related needs. 2. Monitor Retail Success: • Analyze retail performance metrics to identify growth opportunities. • Provide feedback and recommendations to retail partners to optimize success. 3. Manage Inventory and Sell-Through of Products at Accounts: • Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand. • Monitor product sell-through rates and address any gaps proactively. 4. Create and Implement Sales Strategy to Grow Revenue: • Develop customized sales strategies to meet revenue goals. • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives. 5. Monitor Field Support Success Metrics to Ensure Strategies Provide Growth: • Track and evaluate field support performance against defined success metrics. • Use data-driven insights to refine growth strategies and field support activities. Success Metrics • Meet or exceed sales goals. • Achieve 100% of completed tasks on time. QualificationsEducation and Experience • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. • 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales. Skills and Competencies • Strong relationship-building and communication skills. • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities. • Proficiency in inventory management and sales forecasting tools.
