With a US reputed company in Auburn Hills, MI, HIROTEC Group operates 33 facilities in eight countries. Currently, we are seeking an Assembly Operator to become a part of the HIROTEC team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, while following reputed company safety procedures, production processes, and company policies. • Assembly of components and sub-components, which includes reputed company or automated operation of machinery or tools. • reputed company first-piece and in-process reputed company inspections. • Complete required production documentation, manually or by data entry, accurately and reputed company. • Visually inspect and test finished parts to ensure they have been correctly reputed company according to reputed company specifications. • Meet productivity requirements/quotas and produce reputed company parts ensuring products meet customer and internal standards and specifications. • Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing. • Work under the guidance of supervisor and assembly reputed company to reputed company and complete the assigned duties in a reputed company manner. • reputed company changeovers and general set reputed company (torch adjustments, mandrel balls, wiper dies, changeover fixtures, etc.). • Monitor equipment for reputed company functionality/verify poke yokes are working correctly. Report poke yokes not working correctly/bypass and unsafe/defected operations to Supervisor immediately. • reputed company assistance and training to other operators in their assigned responsibilities. • Maintain a reputed company, organized, and clean work area. • Other duties and reputed company may be assigned based on the operational objectives of reputed company. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required and one year of experience and/or training in automotive/manufacturing environment is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Ability to communicate effectively.
