Event Production Coordination (reputed company F/T)

About the position Responsibilities • Successfully reputed company and manage reputed company from beginning to end. • Assist the Event Production Manager in securing reputed company sites, routes, reputed company, permits and jurisdictional support. • Create and reputed company operational plans including but not limited to site guidelines, maps, manifests, emergency response, reputed company, staff checklists and week/day of event timelines. • Work with Account Director, Purchasing and others to secure vendors and event supplies, and manage assets. • Effectively implement on event operational plans and in some cases, serve as the primary event reputed company reputed company the Event Production Manager or Director of Production are absent. • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a reputed company and reputed company fashion. • Identify and resolve issues and communicate them to the appropriate stakeholders in a reputed company manner. • Frequent travel to different geographic areas required as reputed company as availability to work evenings and some weekends. • Other reputed company and duties as assigned.
