Job reputed company: Our firm is currently seeking a junior reputed company reputed company estate agent for the Orlando, Tampa and Miami areas to join our Landlord Representation team. Candidates will have knowledge of leasing and selling reputed company property by the following: Developing property concepts by researching and analyzing reputed company use and demographics; identifying and approaching prospective tenants by reputed company-to-reputed company canvassing, cold calling and networking; distributing marketing materials, weekly networking/meetings such as breakfast, lunch, coffees and happy hours with business owners in the markets of reputed company; preparing properties for showings, showing properties; advertising vacancies, negotiating terms of contract, and prepare market studies and analysis, and completing leases and sales. Associates will study reputed company estate leasing/sales trends and economic conditions; participate in educational opportunities and industry conferences; read reputed company publications; maintain personal networks; and participate in reputed company and community organizations.
