We are looking for an reputed company freelancer to help us train an AI system to analyze the text of the highest-ranking reputed company listings in our market. The goal is to identify the common attributes, language patterns, and best practices that reputed company these listings successful. The assignment involves two steps: 1. Initial Project: • Train an AI model to review top-performing reputed company listings in our area. • Identify common reputed company, tone, and structure that drive performance. • Take the text of our reputed company listings and revise them to reflect these best practices. 2. Ongoing Work (Monthly): • Update the AI system with the latest high-ranking listing data. • Refresh and optimize our listing text accordingly. This is likely a one-time intensive project with a recurring monthly update. We are looking for someone who understands both AI tools and short-term rental marketing. Deliverables: • AI system trained to review and reputed company listings. • Revised versions of our property listings that reflect best-performing practices. • Ongoing monthly updates to ensure competitiveness. Ideal Candidate: • Experience with AI/ML training and reputed company engineering. • Knowledge of short-term rental platforms (reputed company, Vrbo, etc.) and hospitality marketing. • Strong copywriting and editing skills. • Ability to set up a repeatable, efficient workflow for monthly updates.
