About the position
Responsibilities
• Drive the development and execution of AI-powered customer experiences for Apple Retail.
• Support the expansion of e-commerce tools to new platforms and countries.
• Analyze industry trends and consumer insights to identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end planning and program management for new features and projects.
• Provide feedback on designs and solutions in cross-functional forums.
• Synthesize data-driven insights into actionable recommendations for digital commerce strategies.
• Lead key business decisions and track priorities to influence roadmap planning.
• Author and present strategic briefs to inform cross-functional partners about business priorities and performance.
Requirements
• 3+ years of work experience, with at least 1 year in an e-commerce, strategy, customer experience, and/or AI-related role.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in Keynote and PowerPoint.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience working on significant customer-facing generative AI experiences or tools.
• Knowledge of technology trends such as AI and the global retail/e-commerce B2C industry.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Track record of problem-solving in ambiguous situations with attention to detail.
