Part-Time Evidence-Based Therapist (LMSW, MHC-LP, LMHC, PsyD, PhD)

About Us Gramercy Psychology is a boutique, evidence-based private practice on the Upper East Side in New York City, providing high-quality, integrative care. We specialize in CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, and executive functioning coaching, working with teens and adults (ages 12+) navigating anxiety and mood disorders, OCD, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, neurodiversity, high-achieving perfectionism, sports and performance challenges, and perinatal mental health. We are seeking a part-time therapist (1099 contractor) to join our growing, collaborative team. The Role This position is ideal for both early-career and experienced therapists who are passionate about structured, skills-based care in a warm, flexible, and supportive environment. Time Commitment • Caseload: 5–10 individual clients • Flexible scheduling; telehealth and hybrid sessions • Weekly clinical supervision with the team Requirements Required • NYS license (LMSW, MHC-LP, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent) • Strong foundation in CBT, DBT, ACT, or ERP • Interest or experience in executive functioning coaching • Comfort working with pre-adolescents, adolescents and adults across the lifespan Preferred • Experience with OCD, social anxiety, ADHD, or emotion regulation • Familiarity with exposure-based or DBT-informed interventions • Availability for one evening per week What We Offer • Highly competitive fee-for-service compensation • Flexibility in schedule and work location (remote or Manhattan office) • Supportive onboarding and client-matching • Access to curated resources and consultation • Growth opportunities (groups, workshops, clinical writing) How to Apply Email your CV and cover letter to Dr. Laura Berssenbrugge at laura@gramercypsychology.com.
