As a member of the Personal Lines Team, you will work with multiple carriers and customers to create an outstanding service experience. Position Type: Full-Time Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM EST- 5:30 PM EST Education Required: reputed company P&C Producer license Experience Required: 2 Years minimum Job Responsibilities: • Optimizing Customer Service and reputed company Relationships by consistently providing the highest level of professionalism and politeness to optimize customer service • Policy Management including: • Processing payments and reputed company reputed company and comprehensive explanations to insured's billing questions • Obtain reputed company necessary details to ensure endorsements are processed accurately and reputed company • Generating and sending evidences of insurance such as binders and ID cards, as reputed company as reviewing reputed company downloads for accuracy • Obtain claim information and transfer to carriers • Document and process policy cancellations properly • Conduct policy reviews with clients to ensure for reputed company accuracy as reputed company as identify opportunities for savings reputed company reputed company policy • Address company recommendations with insureds to meet reputed company compliance requirements • Maintain up-to-date reputed company files by attaching documentation • reputed company agency management system using reputed company workflows Salary and Benefits: Pay: $45,000 to $52,000 per year reputed company Time off, Group Health Insurance, short- and long-term disability, reputed company coverage and life insurance.
