A busy entrepreneur in the real estate marketing space is seeking an in person Personal Assistant to help manage both professional and personal responsibilities. This is a hands-on role supporting one executive, ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing many hats throughout the day.
Responsibilities Include:
• Calendar management, appointment scheduling, and reminders
• Inbox management and follow-up communication
• Coordinating meetings, travel, and logistics
• Running errands or organizing tasks (remote or local)
• Digital file management and basic data entry
• Light project tracking and prioritization
• Occasional personal tasks to support overall productivity
Requirements:
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Clear and professional communication
• Trustworthy, dependable, and discreet
• Comfortable with technology and online tools (Google Workspace, task management platforms, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
Position Details:
• Flexible schedule, 1525 hours/week to start
• Full-time option available
• Hybrid, or in-person
