Virtual Call Center Representative
IQVIA, a global leader in life sciences and healthcare solutions, is hiring a virtual Call Center Representative for a contract role supporting patient assistance programs. In this position, you will assist patients, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals with co-pay cards, program eligibility, benefit explanations, and troubleshooting submission rejections. This role offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time IQVIA position.
This position requires working 40 hours per week with a set schedule of 11:00 AM–8:00 PM ET (8:00 AM–5:00 PM PT).
Qualifications
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy Technician experience (license/certification required).
• HIPAA certification.
• Minimum 3 years of call center experience.
• Ability to work scheduled shift hours.
• Strong communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.
• Reliable remote work setup.
Preferred:
• Medical claims processing experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.
• Familiarity with patient support or co-pay assistance programs.
