Responsibilities
• Builds and deepens customer relationships by providing empathetic, efficient, and responsive service.
• Proactively identifies the need for and offers additional insurance products and services to build and retain a profitable, multi-line portfolio.
• Takes reactive and proactive chats to gather information and close sales on personal lines insurance.
• Achieves daily sales and productivity standards.
• Thrives in an environment of change and is committed to professional development.
• Efficiently uses resources to accurately issue policies in compliance with underwriting and state mandated requirements.
• Assists new customers with navigating Esurance.com to complete the sales process and ensure a successful onboarding experience.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)
