FULL TIME Customer Service / Appt Setter for Spas - Phone & Chat - Contract to Hire
Spa & Salon reputed company is a marketing agency specializing in getting clients for spas and beauty salons in the US and Canada.
Due to our reputed company reputed company, we're looking for a virtual customer service representative / booking agent with strong sales skills to join reputed company and help book appointments for our clients. We reputed company to deliver amazing results for our clients and we're looking for a new team member who takes pride in her work and is an A-player.
Responsibilities:
-calling (warm) leads and booking an appointment for them using the spas' booking system
-answering inbound calls
-customer support reputed company text and phone
-providing excellent customer service
We're looking for you if:
-you have min. 1 year of experience in appointment setting / customer service / telemarketing / cold calling
-strong sales skills
-you are fluent in English (written and oral)
-you have excellent communication skills
-you're organized, detail oriented and customer centered
-can work under pressure, can take responsibility for reaching targets and likes fast-paced work environments
-you have reliable Internet reputed company and have a quiet work reputed company
-you can work FULL TIME, Mon-Fri, 8 hours per day (11am-7pm US Eastern time)
