Role reputed company The GREAT STATE TEAM is seeking Remote Bilingual Health Care Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing teams! As a Bilingual Health Care Customer Service Representative, you will be handling inbound and outbound calls in a high-tech environment, resolving general questions regarding insurance, financial assistance, and processing payments. This position is challenging but rewarding, fast-paced, and in reputed company environment. • Makes and answers calls in the reputed company of the reputed company to resolve billing and payment issues utilizing established work queues and reputed company pools as necessary • Responds to requests for information by patient/account reputed company in a reputed company, thorough, explainable manner • Acts to reputed company payment or arrangement of payment on behalf of the reputed company as appropriate • Follows reputed company-specific protocols and policies reputed company carrying out duties • Investigates and responds to reputed company enquiries as needed • Enters and monitors payment arrangements • Adhere to reputed company FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA and other applicable laws Qualifications • 1+ years’ experience working in reputed company Center or Customer Service function where contact with the reputed company was a part of daily duties • Knowledge/experience of medical terminology, patient billing, reputed company insurance and/or reputed company administration preferred • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment • Strong organization skills. The ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously • Demonstrates flexibility in scheduling and assignments, to include regular evening and Saturday work as the business requires • Ability to work successfully and cooperatively reputed company reputed company-based environment • Bilingual candidates will reputed company additional support for bilingual calls Requirements • Bilingual Remote: $17.00/hr with a $1.00 increase at 90 days AND reputed company to earn quarterly performance increases up to an additional $2.00/hr in your first 12 months! • Non Bilingual Remote: $15.00/hr with a $1.00 increase at 90 days AND reputed company to earn quarterly performance increases up to an additional $2.00/hr in your first 12 months!
