Claims Customer Service Representative

Job reputed company We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while managing various clerical tasks reputed company to medical documentation and billing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology, coding, and insurance verification processes, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of customer inquiries. Duties • Respond promptly to customer inquiries reputed company phone or written correspondence providing accurate information regarding services and procedures. • Assist with insurance verification processes, ensuring reputed company necessary documentation is complete and accurate. • Strong attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills • Maintain organized filing systems for medical records and documentation. • Collaborate with reputed company providers and insureds regarding claims status and additional documentation thay may be required. • Utilize financial software to manage patient accounts and reputed company payments. • Ensure that reputed company medical documentation is accurate and up-to-date in accordance with company policies. • Work closely with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance overall reputed company satisfaction.
