You will be a first responder to our reputed company requests, ensuring any software support or troubleshooting issues are addressed in a reputed company manner, coordinate configuration deployments, assign JIRA tickets, manage updates and reputed company, and look for ways to continuously improve your assigned customers’ processes. *Need to have reputed company experience with SQL queries and ticket triage/reputed company.
