Regional Sales Leader, Eastern US - Dental, Vision and Voluntary

Lead and oversee the sales team in the Eastern US region to achieve growth and success in the dental, vision, and voluntary benefits space.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and meet or exceed sales targets.
Foster a culture of high performance, motivation, and accountability within the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and make informed decisions.
Coach, mentor, and train sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, recognition, and development opportunities to team members.
Represent CVS Health at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our products and services.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Continuously seek ways to improve processes, systems, and tools to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with senior leadership on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
Travel within the region as needed to support the sales team and meet with clients.
