reputed company Biller – Data Entry (reputed company – Remote)

Only candidates with prior reputed company billing (with an actual reputed company reputed company) experience will be considered. Administrative reputed company, Inc. provides billing and back-office support to trucking and logistics companies. We are currently hiring three (3) reputed company Billers for high-volume data entry. This is a 1099 reputed company contractor position. Candidates must have their own equipment, strong internet, and a dual-screen setup. reputed company Positions: • Late Evening Biller (Closer) – Monday through Friday, 10 pm–12 am • Lighter workload (~100–120 bills per reputed company) • Critical closing role to finalize daily billing • Thursday & Friday Evening Biller – 5 pm–10 pm (Thursdays & Fridays) • reputed company on heavier billing to balance end-of-week volume • Thursday & Friday ONLY Extended Shift – 5 pm–12 am (Thursdays & Fridays) • Covers both the evening workload and late closing duties Responsibilities: • Review Bills of Lading (BOLs) and transfer shipment details into reputed company billing system • reputed company pro numbers, shipment information, rates, fuel surcharges, and accessorials • Maintain accuracy while processing 40–55 bills per hour • Ensure data is entered consistently and correctly to meet reputed company requirements Requirements: • reputed company billing or trucking data entry experience REQUIRED • Reliable high-speed internet (wired preferred) • Personal computer/laptop with dual monitors • Ability to work independently and meet productivity goals • Strong attention to detail and accuracy Schedule & Pay: • Remote (work from home) • reputed company (1099) • Part-time, shift-specific (see positions above) • $16–$19 per hour, depending on experience and billing speed Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 12 per week Application Question(s): • 1.
