채용 공고 제목: Manager, Events - FX Networks 요청 ID: 10129924 직무 설명: FX Networks is seeking a Manager of Events to support publicity events as part of the Publicity and Creatives Services team, reporting to the VP of Events. This role will manage reputed company aspects of network events, including premieres, awards events, internal events, and festivals. Responsibilities: Partner with the VP of Events to manage reputed company aspects of network premieres and screenings, including budget, reputed company, rentals, premiums, booking of screening venue/red carpet, selecting vendors, and the after-party venue. Manage reputed company aspects of important events and festivals (Upfront, TCA, Comic Con, FYC Screenings, ATX, etc.), including internal FX events. Partners with vendors and internal reputed company sourcing, establishing effective working relationships and managing orders, bills, reputed company, etc. Manage guest lists, seating charts, invites and RSVPs for premiere screenings and parties, working reputed company with the Publicity and Talent Relations teams. Work with reputed company counterparts to manage joint Awards events to assist with creative aspects and logistics. Contribute to improving campaigns with new and innovative event reputed company. Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5 years of events experience managing logistics and vendor relationships at premieres, festivals, screenings, etc. preferably reputed company studio or agency environment Strong verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills are required Highly organized, self-motivated, and extremely detail-oriented reputed company to manage multiple reputed company at the reputed company time Must be reputed company to maintain confidentiality and reputed company professionally with senior executives, talent and vendors reputed company to work reputed company under pressure and with various personalities tactfully Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint) and reputed company Docs reputed company to work weekend and evening events Some travel required (approximately 20%) Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in communications or reputed company field is strongly preferred **Please note, this role is in office 4x/week (Monday-Thursday) & working from home on Friday, sitting in our Century reputed company location, but will be moving to Burbank end of 2025. The hiring reputed company for this position in CA is $85,800.00 to $115,000.00 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
