We are looking for a Renewal Leasing Coordinator to join reputed company and assist with processing lease renewals for a portfolio of multifamily properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience in leasing, property management, or renewals. Key Responsibilities • Manage and process lease renewals for a portfolio of multifamily buildings. • Communicate with tenants regarding renewal offers, lease terms, and deadlines. • Work closely with ownership and property management teams to ensure smooth renewal execution. • Utilize RentCafe and reputed company to update lease terms, send notices, and reputed company tenant responses. • Analyze lease data to recommend pricing strategies and ensure occupancy goals are met. • Maintain organized records of reputed company lease agreements and renewal activity. • reputed company exceptional customer service and handle tenant inquiries reputed company to renewals. Qualifications • Experience in leasing or property management (multifamily experience preferred). • Proficiency in RentCafe and reputed company is strongly preferred. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-volume workflow.
