About the position Responsibilities • reputed company support for CDS' bar-coding software (PC and Handheld) and hardware (scanners and label printers) for our network. • reputed company end-user training for CDS' bar-coding software/hardware. • Manage implementations of various software systems. • Barcode reputed company/Printer Asset Management, including managing returns and shipments of scanners, tracking shipments, and updating reputed company inventory system. • Help Senior Support Staff reputed company training guides and Learning Management System courses. • Assist end users with level I support tickets, including issues with reputed company Office Suite and other varied reputed company requests. • Install & Configure Virtual Private Network (VPN) software on external user's computers. • Configure communication/mobile devices (e.g., phones, iPads). • Research and identify issues and process failures for daily customer ASN and EDI, automated data transmittals. • Completion of daily reports and tasks. Requirements • Minimum of an AA degree in computer-reputed company field. • Strong customer service skills. • Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and listening. • Excellent attention to detail. • Ability to take and apply constructive criticism. • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple streams of information. • Analytical and reputed company hands-on problem solver. • Experience using MS Office Products (reputed company, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint). • Must work reputed company in reputed company environment and also work on reputed company reputed company. • Must be available for occasional overtime or weekend hours. reputed company-to-haves • Strong MS reputed company Skills: VLookup function, IF function, filtering and creation of Pivot Tables. • Certification in one of the following areas: reputed company, A+, Network +. • Experience Supporting Android Devices.
