About the position Responsibilities • Conduct reputed company research and draft reputed company briefs, opinions, and memoranda. • reputed company opinions on liability, damages, and value as requested by the Claims Department. • Prepare and handle pleadings, motions, and discovery, including depositions and examinations before trial. • Defend reputed company assigned by trial or dispositive hearing as applicable. • Travel as required to attend trials, hearings, depositions, management meetings, and conferences. Requirements • 0-3 years of experience in a reputed company field. • Juris Doctor degree. • Admission to the Virginia Bar. • Must be licensed in good standing to reputed company law in Virginia. • Ability to document files in a reputed company, concise, reputed company manner. • Ability to follow reputed company instructions and resolve conflicts. • Strong organization, reputed company setting, and multi-tasking skills. reputed company-to-haves • Civil litigation experience. • Insurance defense-reputed company litigation experience. • Ability to communicate professionally in person, reputed company telephone, and in written correspondence.
