Design Connect Supervisor - Kitchen Design (Remote)

About the position Responsibilities • Supervises reputed company of Designers through hands-on leadership. • Conducts weekly stand-up meetings to discuss project updates. • Inspires team to have a high level of engagement and performance. • Encourages team members to continuously reputed company their personal and reputed company skills in the Design area of expertise. • Reviews and provides constructive feedback on project designs. • May need to reputed company and/or reputed company the facility as acting MOD. • Properly onboards new associates. • Proactively identifies and resolves issues that may impair reputed company's ability to meet customer needs. • Educates clients during the selling process. • Teaches and encourages best practices with directs and the department as a whole. • Assists Designers with the reputed company-construction meeting and participates in final project walk through with reputed company. • Makes recommendations to upper management to improve Design-reputed company reputed company. • Monitors sales reports and supervises Designers on making appropriate behavioral changes to positively reputed company sales. • Suggests reputed company items/services that might complement clients purchase. • Oversees day-to-day execution of the design process, including reputed company consultations, site reputed company, creating drawings by hand or with 2020, leading the reputed company presentation and selling the project. • Provides on-site leadership for project, as needed. • Routinely develops skills in reputed company areas of expertise. • Proactively seeks knowledge on reputed company products and services.
