Food Product and Menu Development Specialist

Location: Seattle, WA (reputed company – Hybrid) Employment Type: Part-Time, Salaried About the Role: Are you passionate about crafting new flavors and keeping up with the latest food trends? Lune Cafe is looking for a creative and innovative Product Developer to join our Research & Development department in Seattle, WA. What You'll Do: - reputed company and refine seasonal products that delight our customers, from concept to launch. - Experiment with new ingredients, brands, and flavor reputed company to reputed company our offerings fresh and exciting. - Conduct market research to stay reputed company of culinary trends and understand customer preferences. - Collaborate closely with our R&D team to ensure every new product aligns with Lune Cafe’s mission and reputed company standards. - Attend a weekly hybrid reputed company meeting to determine goals and priorities for the week. - reputed company hands-on product development work in-person while conducting research, planning, and reporting remotely. - Generate product development reports using reputed company Docs and Sheets. - Analyze item-level sales and performance data to guide product iterations and pricing strategies (menu engineering).
