Client Relationship Representative Location: Remote (AL, AZ, FL, GA, KY, MI, MS, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WY) Schedule: Flexible hours within 7AM–7PM EST | Full-Time Overview: Seeking a Client Relationship Representative (CRR) to serve as the primary liaison between our company and our clients—medical practices and clinics. This is not a patient-facing role. The CRR will build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively address concerns, review KPIs, and support revenue cycle goals. Key Responsibilities: • Lead regular client meetings to review KPIs, identify issues, and suggest process improvements • Communicate client needs and trends to internal teams and leadership • Analyze reports, audits, and payer data to drive issue resolution • Ensure accuracy in client reporting and support month-end processes • Promote RCS’s revenue cycle objectives: maximize collections, improve speed, and boost efficiency • Support client retention and relationship growth Ideal Candidate: • 3+ years in revenue cycle management • 1+ year in a client-facing or client service/support role (non-patient) • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Experience in medical billing, coding (ICD-9), and payer processes • Leadership qualities and ability to collaborate across teams • Resides in a listed state and authorized to work in the U.S. Perks: • Remote work • Flexible schedule • Paid time off • 401K • Note: No health insurance provided Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) • Flexible schedule • Paid time off • Work from home Experience: • Revenue cycle management: 3 years (Required) • Client services: 1 year (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
