Description:
We are seeking skilled Epic Helpdesk professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide Epic support and assistance to our clients, ensuring smooth operations and resolving or escalating Epic-related issues promptly.
Duties:
• Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot Epic issues via phone, via remote assistance, or various self-service ticketing systems.
• Provide Epic support for workflow related problems.
• Assist in resolving Epic tasks such as user account management and access control.
• Set up and troubleshoot Epic connectivity for remote users.
• Collaborate with the client Epic analysts to ensure seamless operations.
