Develop and maintain strong relationships with internet service providers (ISPs) to ensure smooth and efficient interconnection with Netflix's streaming service. Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for improving interconnection performance and resolving any issues that may arise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and implement solutions for optimizing interconnection and enhancing the streaming experience for our subscribers. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to ISP interconnection to inform decision-making and drive innovation. Serve as a subject matter expert on ISP interconnection, providing guidance and support to other teams within Netflix. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with ISPs to ensure fair and beneficial agreements for both parties. Develop and implement processes and procedures for managing ISP interconnection and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. Work closely with our engineering and product teams to identify and prioritize features and functionalities that will enhance ISP interconnection. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of ISPs and provide recommendations for improvements. Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and external partners to provide updates on ISP interconnection performance and address any concerns or questions.
