Develop and implement overall business architecture strategy for Molina Healthcare. Lead and manage successful projects related to business architecture, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and design solutions that align with organizational goals. Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. Utilize strategic thinking to anticipate potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any issues. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business architecture to continuously improve processes and drive innovation.
