Title: AVP Sales - Healthcare Remote EST Exp-3-8 only we are looking for junior candidates - don't send any resume more than 10 + years candidates Manager Notes: focus on junior candidates who can be trained. Even good account manager who wants to do sales will work too! Healthcare exp is mandatory. Qualifications • 5+ years of proven business development and C suite client engagement and management. • Ideal candidate is coin operated and driven by a commission plan • Experience in healthcare (in healthcare provider accounts and growing business from Million to Millions) • Has relationship in the provider and health tech area • Healthcare consulting background • Proven selling experience around Digital, Data, Automation led IT transformation • High energy, hungry, passion to grow and build business • Strong vision for digital transformation in Healthcare. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience directing project work to others, handling conflict and building teams. • Demonstrated ability to function autonomously with limited to no guidance. • Ability to organize time and projects efficiently, and meet deadlines. • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, strategic and organizational skills. • Strong conflict resolution and problem solving skills. • Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals at all levels of an organization.
