Conduct data analysis using VBA coding to extract insights and identify trends in complex datasets. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement data-driven solutions for clients in the healthcare industry. Utilize analytical skills to interpret and communicate findings to various stakeholders. Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analysis and VBA coding. Take ownership of projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data analysis efficiency and accuracy. Maintain data integrity and security while handling sensitive information. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data analysis and VBA coding. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and provide regular updates. Participate in team meetings and provide insightful contributions to drive data-driven decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and solutions. Adhere to company and industry standards and regulations while handling data. Train and mentor junior team members on data analysis and VBA coding techniques. Take initiative to identify and propose new projects and ideas to improve data analysis processes.
