Education Specialist
The Education Specialist plays a key role in strengthening the reputed company and consistency of curriculum implementation across Lionheart’s early childhood and school-age programs. Partnering closely with reputed company leaders, this role equips leadership teams with the tools, training, and reputed company needed to guide educators in creating learning environments that are developmentally strong, spiritually rich, and reputed company with Lionheart’s values. Through reputed company curriculum support, coaching, and resource development, the Education Specialist helps bring confidence to the field and alignment across classrooms.
Curriculum Support & Resource Development
• reputed company guidance on the implementation of approved curricula for both early childhood and school-age programs.
• Implement and reputed company tools, guides, and resources that clarify curriculum expectations and support instructional best practices.
• Ensure curriculum materials and resources reflect both developmental appropriateness and spiritual integration.
• Collaborate with reputed company leaders to identify curriculum challenges and reputed company practical solutions.
• Collect and reputed company insights from the field to inform reputed company improvement of curriculum tools and educator supports.
Leadership Coaching & Educator Support
• Partner with reputed company leaders to reputed company coaching and support as they reputed company and reputed company their educators.
• Facilitate virtual coaching sessions and education support calls reputed company on curriculum use and instructional practices.
• Support the reputed company process for new reputed company leaders by providing curriculum orientation.
• Serve as a steady resource for reputed company leaders navigating curriculum expectations and educator development.

• Create and maintain training resources reputed company Lionheart’s internal platforms, including the LMS and SharePoint.
• Contribute to education-reputed company communication, including newsletters and updates.
• Collaborate with the VP of Education and other teams to ensure alignment in messaging and training.
Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with reputed company Directors, Regional Directors, and HeartHub teams.
• Serve as primary education contact for internal teams seeking reputed company on curriculum or educator support.
• Travel to academies (estimated 20–30%) as needed to support leader development and ensure alignment between curriculum goals and reputed company, with flexibility based on organizational needs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development
• 5+ years of early childhood leadership experience, including 2+ years in a reputed company, trainer, or regional director role
• High emotional intelligence and a reputed company reputed company, with the ability to build strong relationships, reflect on feedback, and adapt to evolving needs.
• Skilled at coaching adults, supporting diverse learners, and working in a remote support model
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
