Technician I, Certified Pharmacy Technician (Clinical Assistant I)

About the position Responsibilities • Handle general questions about Medication Therapy Management services. • Support all phases of the care process including enrollment and maintenance of electronic medical/pharmacy records. • Schedule appointments and process care plans for members. • Assist with inbound and outbound calls from plan members. • Document activity and maintain electronic medical records. • Provide high-quality healthcare and service to plan members and partners. Requirements • Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License or Registered/Licensed Pharmacy Technician Trainee. • At least 6 months of pharmacy technician experience. Nice-to-haves • Experience working in a retail, hospital, medical office, or pharmacy setting. • Valid/Active PTCB Certification or NHA Certification. • Previous experience with CVS Health.
