Virtual Assistant for YouTube Shorts, Amazon Influencer, and LTK Admin Tasks
Job Description:
I’m looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to support me with ongoing administrative tasks related to my content creation and influencer work. This is a part-time role with the opportunity to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule YouTube Shorts and add relevant hashtags (you’ll receive guidance, but you should have a basic understanding of how to do this independently)
Upload and schedule posts on my Amazon Influencer storefront
Tag outfits from Amazon and ensure product links are accurate
Upload the same posts to my LTK profile and properly link each item
Assist with general admin tasks like organizing files, tracking content, and occasional research
Requirements:
Self-sufficient and detail-oriented
Familiar with YouTube Studio, Amazon Influencer tools, and LTK (or able to learn quickly)
Experience with content scheduling or social media tools is a plus
Clear communication and timely task completion
Able to follow instructions but also take initiative
