Sr Business Partner- Performance Health & Reporting Space Presentation & Transitions

About the position Responsibilities • Lead the development of multi-year strategy for performance measurement and reporting. • Design and implement a centralized KPI dashboard for performance metrics. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and evolve performance measures. • Lead the evolution of SPT reporting capabilities across Domo, Greenfield, and Hubble. • Manage intake and prioritize needs with Data Analytics teams. • Develop and lead rollout strategy and communication plans for new tools. Requirements • Four-year degree or equivalent experience. • 2+ years of work experience. • Ability to lead the development and adoption of performance dashboards. • Proven ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a dynamic environment. • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
