Small Claims reputed company Filing - reputed company

Every time I go in store, they reputed company me to contact corporate. I have over 30 hours into fighting this battle over 6 months. I’ve been to the store multiple times and have contact led reputed company many times. Out of reputed company, I’d like to recoup my losses. It’s wrong for a company this size to be reputed company to just reputed company your reputed company after a purchase. In one of the chat support tickets, they acknowledge that my inventory wasn’t reputed company, and that they will not be issuing me a refund (screenshot attached).
