About the position
Responsibilities
• Scout potential sites for new small cells and manage the site acquisition process.
• Analyze potential site locations and create business cases for site acquisition.
• Work with outside vendors including legal, architectural, and engineering firms on project design.
• Project-manage regional Network capital upgrade projects, including new network activations and cell expansions.
• Manage vendors and purchasing during the site acquisition process.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Interface with stakeholders like landlords, government employees, and community officials.
• Host routine planning and working sessions with key stakeholders to review project scope and track action items.
• Maintain database systems and reports pertaining to cellular site projects.
• Work closely with Implementation, RF Engineering, and Equipment Engineering to resolve construction issues.
• Review vendor quotes, issue purchase orders, and manage receipts associated with vendor POs.
• Demonstrate budget tracking, cost estimation, and cost accounting of large-scale projects.
Requirements
• Must be a current participant of the Department of Defense Skillbridge Program or of the Hiring our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program Cohort 3-2024.
• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with wireless leasing or zoning.
Nice-to-haves
• A degree in a relevant field.
• Real estate background, ideally in commercial leasing/acquisition, property management, site acquisition, land use entitlements, or real-estate affiliated legal.
