Total Wireless Training and Development Lead
About the position
Responsibilities
• Serve as the face of the Total Wireless exclusive distribution channel, delivering communication and training messages to frontline teams.
• Manage and facilitate regular training sessions for frontline Indirect Total Wireless representatives.
• Partner in the development of training content including self-paced and facilitated online training materials.
• Conduct T3 (train-the-trainer) sessions with Master Agent training teams to empower partner trainers.
• Assess training execution, identify gaps, and provide solutions for improvement of the learner experience.
• Support Wireless exclusive distribution channel operational initiatives and product launches.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for the TW Exclusive channel, advising cross-functional teams on processes and nuances.
• Deliver high-quality work that meets intended criteria, goals, and objectives.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders, team members, and leadership.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Two or more years of program and/or project management experience.
• Experience with virtual and in-person facilitation including planning and preparations with leaders.
• Experience with video editing and production.
Nice-to-haves
• An MBA or an M.S. in a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, VLS certification in Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Experience in data science & process automation.
• Experience working with external partners and/or vendors.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment with changing roles and responsibilities.
• Excellent executive presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A team player orientation collaborating well with others.
