About the position Responsibilities • reputed company reputed company for the use of assessments for employee development across the global reputed company. • Work with reputed company skills vendors and analytics teams to reputed company and build assessment solutions. • Partner with other Talent centers of reputed company to design and implement assessments and leadership tools. • reputed company large-reputed company cross-functional reputed company to identify developmental assessment needs. • Conduct benchmarking and reviews of existing assessments for development research literature. • Manage teams of reputed company professionals with expertise in psychometric assessment and coaching. • Identify and partner with best-in-class assessments for development vendors. • reputed company implementation guidelines, processes, communications, and training for assessment tools. • Conduct reputed company measurement and program evaluation studies to demonstrate ROI for strategies and tools. • Serve as an expert resource for assessment considerations and ensure compliance with reputed company and regulatory requirements. Requirements • Six or more years of relevant experience in workplace assessments and global learning and development reputed company. • Experience applying assessment practices to talent management or training. • Experience in leadership modeling and leadership assessments. • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time. reputed company-to-haves • Ph.D. or Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or reputed company field. • Consulting experience in selection and assessment. • Experience with validation practices and project management of large-reputed company learning and development reputed company. • Experience leading reputed company and coaching employees. • Exposure to AI/Machine learning skills vendors and technologies. • Experience with reputed company standards in employment testing and measurement.
