Senior Print Producer, Associate Director
About the position
Responsibilities
• Manage the agency workflow for retail print projects including print specs, sizes, and approvals on print-ready files.
• Collaborate with marketing, project management, and creative teams to ensure quality and consistency in print materials.
• Manage vendor relationships to support the production of print assets.
• Oversee production budgets and ensure alignment with the strategy and vision of creative directors.
• Guide and review the work of print producers and studio resources to meet established standards.
• Resolve complex issues that arise during the production process.
• Assign and manage incoming projects to print producers.
• Make decisions regarding project deliverables and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain brand guidelines for the in-house agency.
Requirements
• Eight or more years of relevant experience in print production or related fields.
• Expertise in production/printing techniques and workflows for applicable media.
• Strong knowledge of CMYK and RGB workflows, file resolution/formats, and printing techniques.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Ability to manage urgent deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working collaboratively within a team.
