This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00 am -5:00pm Central. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime, holidays or weekends. We offer 4 weeks of training. The hours of the training will be reputed company with your schedule. Responsibilities • Manages day-to-day and production operations for reputed company of 30-40 medical coders • Develops procedures to increase departmental accuracy and efficiency through reputed company identification and reputed company of routine and reputed company production issues • Assesses, evaluates and addresses daily workload and queues • Analyzes productivity of medical coders compares productivity to reputed company plan.
