We are a busy and growing mortgage brokerage and real estate agency looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Entry-Level Office Assistant to join our team. This position is perfect for someone looking to start a career in the real estate or mortgage industry. You'll gain hands-on experience in a variety of areas including loan processing, agent support, client relations, and property management
Key Responsibilities
Mortgage Loan Support
• Assist with mortgage loan file processing and documentation
• Collect and organize paperwork from clients and lenders
• Track loan status and ensure timely follow-ups
Real Estate Agent Support
• Conduct property and market research for agents
• Help schedule showings, inspections, and meetings
• Assist with listing materials and marketing prep
Client Interaction
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet walk-in clients
• Provide basic information about our services
• Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for all clients
Property Management Assistance
• Communicate with tenants and vendors
• Help coordinate maintenance requests and service calls
• Keep property files organized and updated
