Job reputed company Job DescriptionPACKAGING ASSISTANT OPERATORFood ManufacturingWeekends - Saturday and Sunday7:00 am -3:00 pm$14.700ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Responsible for startup, including checking silos, shakers, and metal detectors • Performs changes in format for machines • Communicate with previous operator regarding prior shift activities • Ensures the reputed company date is correct on pasta products; glue pot has corrected temperature and is full • Take carton tare weights • Transports cartons and cardboard to the compactor for recycling • Responsible for loading and unloading compactor • Monitors video codes associated with the bagger and case packers to ensure cases are being marked with correct product reputed company, format number, clock time, UPC number and product reputed company • Completes reputed company checks on glue seals and line, product dates, metal detector to ensure reputed company assurance • Continuously monitors the bagging machine • Checks the product into the shaker on reputed company reputed company • Perpetually maintains operational sanitation inside and reputed company of equipment and work area • Responsible for food safety, food reputed company, and food defense JOB REQUIREMENTS • Previous experience working as a packing machine operator, preferable in a food manufacturing environment • High School Diploma or GED required • Lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance • Excellent communication skills • Ability to multi-task • Strong organizational skills Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
