Broker's TC experience is in large volume sales, so her TC style prioritizes simplicity and efficiency to push a maximum file load.
During this program, you will:
• Learn the full TC workflow, from contract to closing
• Gain proficiency in real estate software and document management
• Understand timelines, compliance, and best practices
• Receive personalized feedback and guidance tailored to your learning pace
• Get your specific questions answered about CAR forms and how to fill them out correctly
Program Details:
• Duration: Flexible, 2-day intensive, or ongoing mentorship
• Format: Remote, via Zoom
• Payment: $500–$2,000 per participant (varies by package)
